Rudnev™ Designers Provide the Solution

Watercare's Ardmore plant purifies and treats drinking water. The Ardmore facility is the largest in New Zealand, treating 330,000 cubic litres per day which is 60% of Auckland's drinking water.

In 2011, Watercare upgraded the chlorine dosing system at Ardmore. A new building required 4 roller shutters specifically designed to allow a gantry crane to pass through the roller shutter guides.

While most roller shutter manufacturers would walk away from this, Rudnev™'s engineers designed a guide and hinged flap system that would swing away to allow the gantry crane passes through.

Rudnev™ demonstrated its ability to think outside the box and provide solutions to problems.
