Elim Christian College's new Junior campus welcomed its first students in February 2012. The new school is modern and colourful, and it incorporates flexible teaching spaces. The school hall is multipurpose, catering for assemblies, performances and sports. The design of the hall required two glazed sectional doors that could be opened to allow flow the adjacent courtyard.

Watercare's Ardmore plant purifies and treats drinking water. The Ardmore facility is the largest in New Zealand, treating 330,000 cubic litres per day which is 60% of Auckland's drinking water.

In 2011, Watercare upgraded the chlorine dosing system at Ardmore. A new building required 4 roller shutters specifically designed to allow a gantry crane to pass through the roller shutter guides.

In Oct 2004 the Pak N Save store on Lincoln Rd in Henderson, Auckland opened its doors. It is the busiest Pask N Save supermarket in NZ.

The quality and cleanliness of the product is critical so when presented with Rudnev's Hushshutter™ roller shutter, Ballance specified Hushshutters for upgrades to its facilities in Tirau, Gisborne, Rolleston, and Te Kuiti.

Standard roller shutter guides require regular greasing, which is not ideal for areas where powders and dust can get caught in the grease and be difficult to clean. This is particularly important for food and food related industries. Before the Hushshutter™, food companies had to request food grade grease for their roller shutters.

Food manufacturer Hansells Foods completed the expansion of its Penrose factory in September 2011. The new facility on Botha Rd includes food processing, warehousing and an innovation centre.

William Gill Hyundai have built a new attractive commercial vehicle showroom at their site on Grayson Ave, Wiri, Auckland.

The showroom is used to display large commercial vehicles, necessitating the need for a large opening to the building. The door for this opening had to be robust, have good sealing yet be attractive in appearance. The initial design included two small doors which was not ideal. The solution was one large Raynor Thermaseal™ sectional door.

The Giltrap Group opened its new flagship Audi Terminal on Great North Rd in Auckland in July 2011. The premises was built to strict Audi criteria.

With its attractive guide system and reduced noise, the Rudnev Hushshutter™ was the perfect roller door for the new Audi showroom.
